You are very welcome to confirm this with a legal expert and in the meantime we insist that you remove the papers from your website. It would appear that you are confused as to whether the AQA loses its ownership of its materials simply because we make them freely available to our customers on our website. I can confirm that this decision does not negate our intellectual property rights, and we do not wish our materials to be available through other routes. I might also comment that you are in breach of copyright laws with respect to any third party material contained within our papers. Any arrangements that AQA makes with third party copyright owners cannot be passed on and you would need to seek their individual permissions as well in order to publish their materials on your website. I must reiterate that AQA still requires confirmation within the original seven days that AQA papers have been removed from your website.
